  • Our saunas are located in the ground level bathrooms. We have separate saunas for both male and females. The Sauna runs during staffed hours and is switched off approximately 15 minutes before close.

  • We Accept Fitness Passport! Any Fitness Passport Members will be required to purchase a FOB Tag to gain Full 24/7 Access to our Facility. This can be done via the link provided at the “Join Now” Button or see Staff during Staffed Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm.

  • Our minimum age to join the gym is 16 years old. Anyone between the ages of 16-17 years old must have a parent present and sign upon joining.
