GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

We have all fitness levels covered, from the new first timer who our experienced instructors will guide step by step – to the more advanced gym-goers who love to be pushed to their limits.

Our group fitness classes will challenge you to move smarter and push harder to improve your levels everyday. With anything from cardio and dance to strength and toning – you'll find classes that suit you best.

Morning Classes

5:15am - 6:00am
Functional Fitness
This class is a mix of cardio exercises and strength training suitable for every fitness level. It is a guaranteed way to get fit and blast calories fast.
6:00am - 6:45am
HIIT/TABATA
Consists of 60 second intervals followed by periods of rest. It combines cardio and strength base exercises that will get you fitter and stronger fast.
9:30am - 10:30am
BOXFIT
Boxing is the best way to develop core strength with techniques and drills. This all over cardio and strength workout will also improve endurance, coordination and stamina.
10:30am - 11:30am
BODYPUMP
Body Pump is the leading class out, using a barbell to strengthen and tone your entire body. It is a guaranteed way to change the shape of your body.

Evening Classes

5:30pm - 6:15pm

6:30pm - 7:15pm
Booty Blaster
Booty, booty and more booty! This class will not only shape and tone your glutes but also increase the overall strength in your lower body.
7:30pm - 8:30pm
BOXFIT
Boxing is the best way to develop core strength with techniques and drills. This all over cardio and strength workout will also improve endurance, coordination and stamina.

7:30pm - 8:20pm
